🧶 Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every item at Loops of Love by TFE is 100% handmade with love. We use high-quality chunky chenille yarn and poly fill stuffing for all plush and stuffed items.


🧼 How do I care for my new chunky knit item?
Proper care helps your handmade item last and stay looking beautiful! Please follow the instructions below based on the type of item you ordered:

🧼Blankets and Playmats:

Machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water

Use mild detergent

Air fluff in dryer or lay flat to dry

Do not use heat to dry

Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean

🧼Stuffed Items:

Spot clean with a towel or

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent

Lay flat to dry or air fluff in dryer (no heat)

Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean


📏 Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, or appearance may occur. That’s part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind!


🛍️ Are items ready to ship or made to order?

All items are made to order. Once you place your order, we begin the process of crafting your item from scratch with great care and attention to detail.


⏳ How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing takes up to 3 business days, and shipping typically takes 7–14 business days (depending on your location).
International orders may take longer due to customs and shipping delays.


📦 What materials do you use?

We use:

Chunky chenille yarn for a soft, luxurious texture

Polyester fiber fill (poly fill) to stuff all plush items

Handmade techniques to ensure quality and uniqueness


🔁 Can I return or exchange my item?

Because our items are custom handmade to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check all details before ordering.

If you have a concern, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.


🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping times and rates will vary based on your location. Rates are calculated at checkout.


📬 Will I get tracking for my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way to your door.


📦 What happens if my order is undeliverable or returned?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to rearrange delivery. Please note: additional shipping fees may apply.


🚫 What if my item is damaged or lost?

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local shipping carrier to file a claim.


Are your products safe for children?
Yes, our products are safe for children. However, if you order a stuffed item (such as a Grief Angel, Forever Little, etc.) or any playmats/blankets, please do not leave a child under the age of 3 unattended with the item. Safety is our top priority, and adult supervision is always recommended for young children.
