At Loops of Love by TFE, every item is lovingly handmade to order—crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. Because of the custom nature of our creations, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We kindly ask that you double-check all order details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing materials and handcrafting your piece just for you.
⏳ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed. If you need to make changes or correct an error, please contact us immediately —once we begin production, changes may not be possible.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer both Standard Domestic and International Shipping.
Standard Shipping (U.S.): Delivery typically occurs within 7– 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination. Please allow extra time for customs clearance and international transit.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and item complexity, but we will always keep you updated and provide tracking once your item ships.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
📦 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being undeliverable, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Please note, additional shipping fees may apply.
🚫 Damaged or Lost Packages
While we do our best to package your items with care, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim or locate your package.
